Here is a powerful healing tea that will do the body good and will help with just about everything… it’s pretty amazing! It’s flavorful and has lots of healing abilities. It contains powerful herbs that will help a person become healthy and stay healthy. Plus it’s very easy to make and have on hand for a wonderful tasting tea either hot or cold.

Ingredients:

10 to 14 - Fresh or Dried Neem Leaves.
5 to 6 - Fresh or Dried Holy Basil Leaves.
2 - Fresh or Dried Coffee Plant Leaves.
2 - Fresh or Dried Soursop Leaves.
1 - Ounce of Fresh Organic Ginger.
2 - Cinnamon Sticks.
12 - Cardamom Pods.
1 - Teaspoon of Anise Seeds.
30 - Goji Berries.
1 - Teaspoon of Milk Thistle Seeds.
5 or 6 - Chips of Ginseng.
1 - 1” x 3” Piece of Organic Grapefruit Peel.
1 - Teaspoon of Organic Green Tea or it could be Black Tea.
1 - Liter of Filtered Water.

Stevia or Honey to Taste.

Take all the ingredients and boil them for 30 minutes in 1 liter of filtered water. Then pour through a strainer into a pitcher and let cool and add enough water to bring the level back to 1 liter. This tea does need sweetener so add stevia or honey or any other sweeten according to your taste… this tea is great hot or cold.

Have one or two cups of tea daily in the morning.

About the herbs

Neem leaves are powerful anti-inflammatory agent… and help with arthritis, joint pain, sprains, swelling, redness, and pain in general. Neem leaves are a good anti-ulcer agent that helps with inflammation… and helps rid the body of the bacteria that cause gastric ulcers. Make neem tea, let it cool, then gargle away sore throats. Neem leaves are great at killing bacteria and thus are wonderful for preventing infections. Neem leaves and neem tea are a great anti-fungal agent, helping to cure fungal infections of the skin, hair, nails, mucus membranes, oral thrush, lungs, athlete foot… and also helps with ringworm infections. In India Tulsi or Holy Basil is thought of as a great healing herb. Tulsi has the ability to help with Asthma, Fevers, Respiratory Infections, Stress, Liver Disease, Heart Disease, inhibits the growth of germs in the mouth and helps prevent and dissolve kidney stones. Tulsi is very antibacterial and Tulsi is also great for rashes, skin infections, and bug bits. Tulsi boosts the immune system and helps with headaches too, and Tulsi is also full of Vitamins A & C and lots of great oils that keep you looking young. Tulsi also increases your energy but at the same time is relaxing and soothing. And Tulsi is full of great antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory in action.

Soursop leaf tea is very calming, soothing, and relaxing and works wonders for modern anxiety and stress. The tea also helps with liver disease and especially gallbladder problems, and soursop leaf tea can lower blood sugar levels by causing the beta cells in the pancreas to boost insulin production. Soursop leaf tea also has anti-inflammatory qualities that work wonders for arthritis, joint and back pain, plus the fruit is great for treating GI distress, constipation, and irritation of the digestive tract.

Because soursop tea and fruit has a lot of iron it also works well for treating anemia thus boosting up red blood cell count. And soursop is a good vasodilator making it wonderful for lowering blood pressure. At the same time soursop has great antibacterial and microbial activity making wonderful for getting rid of infections. Soursop leaf tea stimulates platelet production by the bone thus stimulating clot formation, thus helping those with bleeding disorders. And because soursop has lots of potassium it soothes away leg cramps. And soursop leaf tea helps with inflammation of the bladder and urethra.
