"Motivation is not about money, free luxury travels, free vouchers, bonus, appreciation certificates, free lunches or dinners. All those are temporary fix. Real motivation is to let everyone can lead, work on a job they like, make office space cool as they want, with clear consequences when they fails to deliver. More work life balance, allow once in a while staff to work from home. Once in a while invited in Top management meetings as observers, no too much secrets as they are part of the organization. That's real Stable Motivation."Hassan Al Jabri
