"The basis of success is not what you have nor who you are. It is what you have become and how great you feel about yourself and the life you possess."
"It is just human nature for managers/leaders to have favorites in mind. It is normal. It just becomes too wrong though when they let others on their team see, hear, feel, and know who they are."
"What separates the would-be successful persons from everybody else? Simple. When faced with a destructive obstacle, the former think of solutions and ways on how to overcome it while the latter waste precious time self-pitying, crying and blaming other people. Time that could have been spent addressing the problem rather than aggravating it."
"When a creative idea pops up, document it; execute it right away; and just critique it in the process. Do not let other people make the first move to try what could have been yours."
"A true leader is someone who does not only produce results and show efficiency in what he does but is also one who replicates himself by developing his people."
"A good plan is a success half-done whereas a bad one is a possible failure in progress."
"Always trust your plan if you believe it was thought well. Do not let the fear of the uncertain paralyze you and leave you stuck in inaction. If you do, the pain is much more unbearable when you realize you should have known better."
"Everyone shares the same 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. But why is it that not a lot of people end up successful? The answer is simple. It is because not everyone makes the most of every second that he has to make sure he is productive, contributing, and earning."
"You do not deserve the level you are on or the lofty position that you have if simple agreed meetings/appointments, you cannot even comply with or attend to. Remember, responsible leadership is about role modeling and being disciplined when it comes to schedules and commitments."
"Training is not just about opening your mouth and speaking about the topic. More than sharing what you know and showcasing your pronunciation, grammar and accent; it is really about sharing what is helpful to help equip people and address their needs and helping them be the best in what they do."
"Dilemmas, on top of necessities, are the mother of all inventions."
"Success is not measured by how fast you get to your goal but still getting there anyways no matter what."
"Do not let other people take you to a dead-end when you can find your own path to greatness."
"When you recognize how far or wide the extent of your capabilities are, make the most of it. If you have to get to the finish line or the edge of your horizon on your own, then do it. Don't let other people dictate how you'll get there, how much you take with you along the way and how early or late you arrive at the place you deserve to be."
"Your journey to your chosen destination in life will never be easy. In fact, you might end up not getting there at all. Nevertheless, even if you come short, at least you have taken a big step to move away from where you were instead of opting to remain unmoved and dwell in mediocrity."
"If you can think it, you can believe it. If you can believe it, you can do it. If you can do it, you can achieve it. If you can achieve it, you can change your life for the better for sure."
"Achieving success is just like riding a zipline. Unless you overcome your fears, feel confident about yourself, believe in your capability to accomplish no matter what, predict your success, zoom in on the goal ahead, and actually do it, celebrate your success afterwards, and feel good about yourself; you'll just end up watching those who went at it fly high and away."
