Ever got stuck mulling a problem over and over and over? And then tarted thinking about it again only to get stuck all over again?

Yup - been there, done that!

It's not that there is no solution, but you need to change the way you are thinking, how you are focusing. And the quality of your answers comes from the quality of your questions.

Here is a collection of powerful questions that can shift the gears, re-orient your focus, and tap into other parts of the brain that can elicit all sorts of new answers.

Have a play with these next time you are feeling stuck:

What question, if answered could make the most difference to the future of your specific situation?
What assumptions do we need to test or challenge here in thinking about your specific situation?
If there was one thing that hasn't yet been said in order to reach a deeper level of understanding clarity what would that be?
What would it take to create change on this issue?
If our success was completely guaranteed, what bold actions would we take today?
What conversation if begun today would ripple out in a way that created new possibilities for the future of your situation?
What are we doing right/well and what we are we proud of (instead of what are we doing wrong)?
What does our instinct tell us? What do we feel about this (instead of what is our analysis of the situation)?
What if we could have both options (instead of choosing one over the other)?
How has this problem been solved before (instead of trying to re-invent the wheel)?
Who would see this differently? What other possible perspectives are there on this issue?
What would God/Jesus/Buddha/Ghandhi/your Higher Self say about this situation?
What would we discover if we answered this question from a place of love and possibility?
If we knew what the answer was, what might that be?
If things were to be different, how might that look like, sound like, taste like, feel like?
