"13. Focus

Stay focused. Focus on the most important task in front of you at any given time. Complete tasks as much as you can before moving on to the next task. Most people complete 95% of a task then move on to the next task. It is better to finish something and do it badly than to give up and not finish it at all.
If you focus on completing tasks rather than abandoning them, you will soon have an impressive list of accomplishments to look back on – a great cure for any periods of low self-esteem.

14. Get enough quality sleep

Get enough quality sleep – at least 7 hours per night.

Do not have any caffeine after 2pm. Avoid alcohol completely. Do not do strong physical exercise 3 hours before going to sleep. Do not watch the television one hour before going to bed. Do not use the computer 30 minutes before going to bed. When you go to sleep, focus on loosening every part of your body beforehand.

Talk to yourself and say “I am going to have a great sleep tonight”. If you find yourself repeatedly waking up, go through the same process again and again and imagine yourself having a great sleep. You’ll soon be enjoying quality sleep every night and feel better throughout the day as a result."
