Undergraduate Medical Courses
The UG Medical courses offered by KarpagaVianayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with the duration of 41/2 years followed by a one-year internship. The annual seat intake is 100.

Post Graduate Medical Courses:
The PG medical courses offered by KarpagaVianayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research CentreMaduranthagam are Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS). The duration of PG medical courses is 3 years.

NEET UG is a common MBBS entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for MBBS admission in medical colleges in India. To get a seat in MBBS course in KIMS Maduranthagam, the candidate has to qualify NEET-UG examination with the following percentile:  
General Category: 50th percentile. 
SC/ST/OBC Category: 40th percentile
PwD Category: 45th percentile. 
NEET PG is a common entrance examination for PG Medical Courses admissions in India which is conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE). To secure seat in Karpaga Medical College Dharwad the candidate has to qualify NEET PG entrance exam with the following percentile:
General Category: 50th percentile.

Admission Process
UG Medical Course Admission Process
The process of counseling for the MBBS Course is conducted by The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Chennai. NEET UG eligible candidates to take admissions in MBBS Course has to register for the counseling process as per the schedules declared by DME to secure a seat in KarpagaVinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. The allotment of seats will be through the NEET rank of the candidates. 
PG Medical Course Admission Process
The process of counselling for Postgraduate Medical Courses will be conducted by The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Chennai. NEET PG eligible candidates to take admissions in PG Medical Courses have to register for the counseling process as per the schedules declared by DME to secure a seat in KIMS & RC, Maduranthagam, Tamilnadu. The allotment of seats will be through the NEET rank of the candidates.
