Reaching our goals and dreams is what we are trying to do day after day; our whole life should be just a serious of trial and errors day after the other to reach the goal(s) we aim for.

We all have some areas in our lives we want to improve, we all have problems, hopes and fears we struggle against.

First we need to admit that there is a problem before we start looking for answers,
At this point many give up and decide it's all hopeless and impossible to make any change so why even try? At least you know how to handle the pain you feel now. Others would go angry of themselves that they can't break their habits and can't change for good

Make a decision to change

That’s when we face the stubborn side of ourselves, by just approaching the idea of changing

We all want and need to change, but whenever we want to change a certain situation
We wait and wait with the hope that they change, But in order to get this to happen we have first to change from the inside, change the way we think, the way we speak, the way we express ourselves.

Be aware that where you don't want to change is exactly the area where you need to change the most

And so in order to change a patter or a situation we must be aware of its existence first
It rises to the surface of our attention somehow; at this point our resistance comes up
Very strong

The process begins the moment we begin to think about making a change.

If you think of the hardest thing for you to do and how much you resist it, Then you are looking at your greatest lessons at the moment.

Don't let your resistance stop you from making the change you want.
