Quarantine Requirements

Meanwhile, travellers who don't meet the criteria for being completely immunised are required to undergo privately funded PCR testing on arrival or before Day 2 and would no longer be required to quarantine.

• Before travelling to the United Kingdom, do an LFT or quick antigen testing and get a negative outcome.
• Schedule and pay for a mandatory Day 2 and 8 travel diagnostic program so that coronavirus testing may be performed on days 2 and 8 of your isolation
• Fill out a traveller location form with information that you will be isolated when you arrive in the United Kingdom
• You can choose to take the Test to Release to shorten your quarantine from ten days to five, but you should still complete the Day 2 and Day 8 examinations.
• If you choose the Test to Release, you should consult private healthcare authorised on the gov't site and acquire your testing identification number for your traveller location form.
• If you have been in a nation wherein travelling to the United Kingdom is prohibited, you should observe specific instructions.

Nations on the Red List
