Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine): This B vitamin supports healthy cognitive function such as focus and mental sharpness. B1 also alleviates mood changes and a depressed mood caused by everyday stress. Vitamin B-3 (Niacin): This anxiety vitamin helps lower cortisol levels.
