India has long been considered as one of the epicenters of global civilizations for its contributions to the world in various fields of science, technology,  art and spirituality. The mystics of this land discovered numerous principles underlying spiritual and material subjects, as early as 1500 B.C.E. that led to the development of vast study material (literature) covering both these aspects of science, together known as the Vedic Sciences.

The Vedic period in India not only strengthened the spiritual ideologies of Hindu culture but also laid down some important foundations in the areas of research, development and success of countless human advancements, applicable to this day. It would be fair to say that quality education is an integral part of Indian culture due to the influence of this ancient literature and its teachings. It is unfortunate, however, that with every passing generation, this treasure chest of traditional knowledge is being lost in translation as insignificant chapters in middle-school textbooks and unverified sources on the internet.

To preserve this dying expertise of traditional Vedic culture, the Indian Vedic School was born.
