You won’t be successful in making positive changes in your life by trying to change the external world around you! Instead, it’s essential that you begin to change your internal world via your human energy field. The reason your life may not be playing out in the way you would like is very likely due to an imbalance and distortion in your energy field. That may sound like a radical thought to you, but modern physics teaches that everything is energy at the most subtle levels of existence. Instead of being independently existing entities, we are all constantly exchanging energy with each other.

Have you wondered why some days are filled with joy, beautiful moments of synchronicity, and the manifestation of your intentions and your heart’s desires, while others seem to be plagued with from frustration and conflict? If you’ve ever noticed how some days are smoother, more harmonious, and brighter than others, then you’ve felt the effects of your energy field or your aura, in action! Each day offers firsthand evidence of what you’re attracting into your life by way of your experiences. If you don’t like what you’re experiencing, all that’s required of you is a decision to make a conscious shift in your thoughts, expectations, and emotions.

It’s important that you become aware of the way that you treat yourself and your body. First and foremost, it’s important to begin taking care of your physical needs by getting enough rest and sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising. But, there is something else that you can do that will make a huge difference in your life. You can consciously begin to raise your energy with intention, purpose, and dedication! When you begin to do this, you very quickly realize the power you have to direct your life experience from the inside-out. There is nothing more exciting than tapping into your creative potential and embracing it with a renewed sense of passion and vitality for life and living.

When you raise your energy, you change your “luck.” In actuality, there is no such thing as luck! Life simply mirrors your consciousness. The universe manifests all of those energetic patterns (based on your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations) into your physical reality. I believe in the empowered beauty of synchronicity, not in the victimization brought on by believing in luck. It’s amazing how life changes when you make that shift from believing in your ability to create your destiny as opposed to waiting for “luck” to determine your life story.

You can actually begin to shift your reality by paying close attention to the words and thoughts that consistently come out of your mouth and run through your mind. Your self talk is a running dialogue that is taking place with the universe. Be very careful of what you say to yourself and what you expect for yourself because the universe has a funny way of manifesting exactly what we expect from life.

Without awareness, you may be drawing all the things that you don’t want into your life instead of consciously attracting the things that you DO want and DO deserve! When you consciously shift your focus and choose to give your time and awareness to all that you’re grateful for in your life, you will immediately shift your energy field and emerge into an open, receptive place where beautiful things can begin to happen. The act of appreciation can literally transform your life. Don’t underestimate the power of focusing on your blessings each day. When you do this, you will find yourself becoming even more abundantly blessed with each passing day.

One of the most important things to remember when you face challenges or seemingly impossible situations is to recognize that reality can always shift! In every single moment of every single day, you can choose to replace your feelings of stress, fear, or anger and breathe in feelings of peace, acceptance, joy, self love, and forgiveness. This is your choice at all times. You are not a victim of your surroundings or your circumstances unless you choose to be! An energetic shift is always (in all ways) available to you. You simply have to accept that opportunity each day of your life and begin to create your life on purpose by getting in the driver’s seat of your existence and choosing the energy that you wish to radiate into the world and your surroundings each day.
