In 1987 I sustained physical disability at the age of 40. It was traumatic. While I had excellent physician and therapist support, I often wished someone who had been through my experience would come along and guide me. I was fortunate to have been open to new perceptions and thoughts. I learned one of my most important life lessons from a cat. That is why my Homepage art has a cat popping out of a cocoon. I am also good at making mistakes. Sometimes I make the same ones again just to prove it. However, I learned from my mistakes. That is the important part. I must admit that I learned what I know about emotionally surviving traumatic life changes from doing everything wrong at first. The good news is that with the help of a cat, immigrants, a strange old lady, Rudolph Nureyev and a cup of coffee I got it right at last. The willingness to be open to learning from everyone we come in contact with and accepting new points of view is a valuable gift we can give ourselves over and over again. Plan B Living has a mission to empower you to explore new possibilities for your new life
A New Thought Means A New Life. Think It and Claim It!
To experience improvement in our lives we must venture to use new thoughts which are also new perceptions and new points of view. If we never change our thoughts improvement is never possible. Changing our thoughts is a gift we can give to ourselves over and over again.
Acceptance of change is not a passive activity that leads to stagnation, but a militant action that leads to empowerment. It frees us to view the components of our life changes as potential strengths that will serve us.
Plan B assists you to move through the metamorphosis of traumatic change into emotional empowerment.
Plan B teaches emotional empowerment when traumatic changes intrude upon your life experience. A series of 7 Mindblocks and 7 Morphs to overcome those Mindblocks along with several true essays and true snippets that demonstrate change of perception are incorporated in Plan B.
